Cholesterol Free Vegan Tofu Recipe


Cajun Blackened tofu

1 T salt-free ready made Cajun spice, (Store bought or see recipe below.)
2 T flour,
2 T cornstarch
and 1 T brown sugar
Coat bite size extra firm tofu, which has been pressed and dried.

Fry, in HOT cast iron pan, with a couple Tablespoons oil
turning as sides darken

SALT FREE Cajun Spice mix
2 T onion powder
2 T garlic powder
2 T dried oregano leaves
2 T dried sweet basil
1 Tdried thyme leaves
1 T black pepper
1 T cayenne pepper
1 T celery seed
2 T paprika
Serve over rice or pasta with a creamy sauce
such as
Fettucini Alfredo
