Mushroom Fettucini

Cholesterol Free Vegan Tofu Recipe


Mushroom Fettuccini:
1 # Fettucini pasta, cook as directed.
1/2 # Margerine
1# Fresh mushrooms until they give liquid.
Add 1/4 C flour
s & p
3 c soymilk
1/4 C sherry or other wine
2 T garlic
2 T parsley
1/2 c nutritional yeast
Heat thick
Toss pasta in pan.
(reserve some sauce for top)

For extra goodness, Top with
crispy fried tofu. Which are like Chicken Nuggets
or crumble a little plain tofu on top

Serve with garlic salt and fresh ground pepper
