TOFU TIPS

Traditional Potato salad with tofu

• 5 potatoes, diced, and boiled until tender.
• Add: 1 1/4 c vegan mayonaise
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 T ch onion
• 2 T pimento
• 2 T prepared mustard
• 1/4 c chopped celery
• Gently fold in: 1 Cup diced extra firm tofu sprinkled with HIMILAYAN BLACK SALT
• Sprinkle all with paprika

Tips / Options / Notes

Try it with some sweet pickle relish mixed in. or add some dill for a different flavor..

Black salt is actually pink, and it has a real egg smell to it
