Favorite TOFU Recipes
Mushroom Fettucini with Crispy Tofu
1 # Fettucini pasta, cook as directed.
- Saute' 1/2 # vegan Margerine with
- 1# Fresh mushrooms until they give liquid.
- Add 1/4 C flour, stirring smooth.
- Add:
- s & p to taste
- 3 c soymilk
- 1/4 C sherry or other wine
- 2 T minced garlic
- 2 T parsley
- 1/2 c nutritional yeast
Plate pasta and scoop sauce over
Top with crispy fried tofu.Tips / Options / Notes
Serve with garlic salt and fresh ground pepper
